The world of enterprise application development is in the midst of a paradigm shift, as business and technology leaders alike are realizing that the traditional six-month, million-dollar app dev project is a thing of the past.

In its place, modern practices and technologies are turning traditional app dev upside down. Leading the charge: Low-Code and No-Code platforms that accelerate and streamline the work of software developers, and bring application construction to a new cadre of ‘citizen’ developers, respectively.

However, as with many emerging markets, the Low-Code/No-Code marketplace is fraught with confusion. For their part, the large analyst firms struggle to understand this emerging space. Even the separate notions of ‘Low-Code’ and ‘No-Code’ are themselves confusing, as the intended user is more important than whether or not they might want to write any code.

Furthermore, as Software-Defined approaches drive innovation in the Low-Code/No-Code space, the platforms will become both powerful enough to be enterprise-class and simple enough for citizen developers to use.

Attendees of this keynote will:

  • Gain clarity into the complex, dynamic Low-Code/No-Code space
  • Understand the opportunities that rapid Low-Code/No-Code innovation presents
  • Gain insight into the future of enterprise application development
